Mountain Railway Tickets and Equipment
Mountain railway tickets and equipment are not included in the course price.
 

Extending Group Courses
Group courses can be extended at any time. However, extending a course to the full weekly rate by paying the price difference is only possible after the first day of the course. 
 

Low Number of Participants
If there are three or fewer participants, the Swiss Ski and Snowboard School Belalp reserves the right to merge groups or adjust the duration of instruction accordingly.
 

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or changes can be made free of charge up to 7 days before the start of the lessons. If there are fewer than 7 days remaining before the start of the booking, the following cancellation terms apply:

Cancellation up to 7 days before the course starts           20% processing fee
Cancellation up to 1 day before the course starts             50% processing fee
Cancellation on the day of the course                               No refund
 

Refunds
Refunds due to injury or illness are only possible with a medical certificate and are issued in the form of a voucher. The daily rate (price difference) serves as the basis for calculation. Any lesson unit that has commenced is charged in full. A processing fee of CHF 20 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Lessons generally take place in all weather conditions. Restrictions due to weather or conditions, waiting times at lifts or facilities, or limited slope availability due to a lack of snow do not entitle the participant to a refund, rebooking, or compensation. An exception applies only if the mountain railway operations are completely suspended due to weather conditions.

Liability
The Swiss Ski and Snowboard School Belalp accepts no liability for accidents occurring before, during, or after lessons. Accident and liability insurance are the responsibility of the participant; obtaining such insurance is recommended.
 

Payment
Cash, Maestro, Postcard, Visa, Mastercard, TWINT, and Reka.

Credit card payments to the ski school are processed by TREKKSOFT AG, Hauptstrasse 15, 3800 Matten, Switzerland ("TREKKSOFT"). TREKKSOFT will appear as "TREKKSOFT TOUR BOOKING" on your credit card statement. The domain where you enter and process your payment is owned and operated by TREKKSOFT. Please email support@payyo.ch regarding any inquiries about your credit card payments or chargebacks.
 

Data Protection and Image Rights
By purchasing a service, you agree to assign all rights regarding photos and film footage taken by the provider during lessons to the Swiss Ski and Snowboard School Belalp. If you do not consent to this, please notify us accordingly.
